Description
The Hoshizaki FM-120KE-50-HC produces the same 125kg of flake ice every 24 hours as the standard FM-120KE-HC, but steps up to a larger 57kg storage bin for kitchens that need more ice held in reserve. Flake ice's light, granular texture cools quickly without freezer burn, making it well suited to fish and produce display as well as drinks service. It runs on R290, a natural refrigerant, using the same efficient stainless steel auger system as the rest of the FM range.
