The Hobart Ecomax H604W-12B Hood/Passthrough Dishwasher delivers high-volume performance for demanding commercial kitchens. Its 500 x 500mm basket washes up to 48 racks per hour, an output of 850+ plates per hour, across two cycle times of 75 or 180 seconds. The four-sided fully enclosed hood retains steam and reduces heat loss, while thermostop control and a rinse booster pump maintain consistent results. A 21-litre wash tank keeps water consumption to 2.8 litres per rack. Runs on a 400/3N 50Hz three-phase supply with an integral drain pump and rinse dosing pump as standard. Suitable for straight-through or corner installation; tabling sold separately. WRAS approved, with 1 year parts & labour warranty.
