The Adler AD1000-DPSO-TPH is a passthrough dishwasher fitted with a drain pump and an integral water softener, wired for a three-phase supply to suit larger commercial kitchens. It delivers 60 racks (1080 plates) per hour on a 180-second cycle, washing at 85°C and rinsing at 60°C while using just 2.8 litres of water per cycle from a 20-litre tank. Two 500mm x 500mm baskets are supplied together with two dish racks, an open rack and a cutlery basket, and an automatic chemical pump handles detergent dosing throughout service. Stainless steel construction with a single insulated hood, reinforced door handle, digital display and 420mm clearance, it measures W645 x D710 x H1490mm.
