Adande's VCS1 single-drawer under-counter unit puts multi-temperature storage right at the pass, with the compressor tucked to the side to keep the front clear for legs or a shelf below. Switch it between fridge and freezer duty as the menu changes — it suits everything from à la carte fish storage to holding batch-frozen stocks and sauces close to the pan.
