The VCM2 Matchbox prep counter brings Adande's narrowest footprint to a worktop-mounted prep station, so kitchens tight on run length still get a proper mise en place surface with GN pan storage underneath. It switches between fridge and freezer, making it equally useful for cold garnish prep or as compact frozen backup.
