The smallest footprint in the Adande range, the VCC1 compact drawer unit is built for tight spaces — mobile catering setups, storing frozen product beside the deep fryer, fresh or frozen meats next to a griddle or charbroiler, or holding ice cream and sorbet at the right serving temperature. The deep drawer is tall enough for upright bottle storage too.
