This three-drawer bulk storage unit from Adande's HCR3 range is fridge-only, built to sit near the pass as extra chilled capacity when a single or two-drawer unit isn't enough. The compressor sits at the rear, and each of the three drawers holds its temperature independently across a full run of GN pans.
