This Hoshizaki KM Edge ice maker is a compact, self-contained ice maker producing clear, crescent shaped ice up to 79 kg per 24 hours.
The use of crescent shaped ice extends from the splash-free serving of post mix soft drinks through to diverse applications such as fish transportation, bottle and fish display and even laser therapy. It comes with a built-in storage bin, suitable for all operational requirements and kitchen measurements.
