The Josper HJA-PLUS-S80 is a small-sized A-class charcoal oven designed for flawless performance and extreme efficiency. Recommended for serving around 80 diners, it produces perfectly smoked and grilled food using a single load of charcoal for around 9 hours of continuous service.
Advanced Efficiency & Custom Configurations
The HJA-PLUS series features hydraulic door retention, advanced thermal insulation, and a new upper tempering area to increase cooking quality and quantity. To suit your exact kitchen setup, the S80 can be customized with an additional hot cabinet (HC) to keep food at serving temperatures, a heavy-duty table base (T), or integrated storage drawers (D).
