The Ecomax Plus C815EA rack Conveyor Dishwasher with Pre Wash has low running costs and simple to use controls. This model is ideally designed for higher volume operations where a hood machine would not be sufficient, this range of higher capacity machines ensures a gleaming finish without fail.
Maximum Output
The Ecomax Plus C815EA offers all the advantages of the C815A with the welcome addition of a pre-wash capability increasing throughput to 150 racks per hour.
Pre-Wash
Of compact design, with the dual rinse system utilising a 4+3 wash arm configuration, the C815EA guarantees gleaming results every time. The pre-wash zone offers increased performance and incorporates a removable scraper tray enabling fast emptying of food soil. Incorporating simple to use electronic controls enabling constant monitoring of the operation.
Economical
The C815EA is economical to run and fully compliant it also has the option of a exhaust heat exchanger to recover up to 11Kw of waste energy. A class 'A' air gap prevents dirty water being back siphoned. Being of robust German design and build quality this unit is easy to service and maintain. A welcome addition to any larger commercial kitchen.
