The Firex Easypan 200L Cylindrical Boiling Pan is designed for high-volume boiling of soups, broths, and sauces in a traditional cylindrical footprint. The internal boiling pan is constructed from premium AISI 316 steel, which safely allows highly acidic foods to be cooked without damaging the vat.
Unrivaled Insulation & Control
Thick fiber glass panels guarantee that heat is always retained within the unit, resulting in thoroughly heated products every time while drastically reducing energy waste. It features an integrated mixer valve for loading hot or cold water directly into the tank via an adjustable spout, alongside a heavy-duty drain valve.
